Senior Citizen Groups at Art Village

Creative Programs for Senior Citizen

Art village karjat is set in the backdrop of the western ghats surrounded by nature at a distance of 90 km from Mumbai city. It is tucked away in a 15acre farmland away from the hustle of the fast-paced city life. The village architecture has been designed and executed by Hunnarshala foundation from Bhuj. It has been constructed using the earth building technology, which means the entire project is made of earth construction.

The art village is used as a platform by practicing Artists, Painters, Architects, Ceramists, Yogi’s, Musicians, Theatre groups and writers from all over the world to engage and share their knowledge through workshops, festivals, camps, performances and talks with the world.

Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art.
